We build automations that touch your CRM, your inbox, your data, and the platforms your business runs on. That access is a responsibility we take seriously. This page explains how we handle your data and systems, so you know exactly what you're trusting us with.

Data Handling & Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Our applications and databases run on reputable, enterprise-grade infrastructure — including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for data and authentication — which provide encryption at rest and hardened operational security.

Credential & Access Management

We operate on least-privilege access: we request only the scope required to do the job, use scoped credentials wherever a platform supports them, and revoke all access at offboarding. We never share your credentials with third parties, and accounts we provision stay under your ownership and control.

Human-in-the-Loop Safeguards

Destructive operations stay human-controlled by design. Actions like CRM record merges and deletions are never fully automated — a person reviews and approves them. This is a core Stout Intel design principle: automation accelerates the safe work and puts a human in the loop for anything irreversible.

AI Data Use

Client data is not used to train third-party AI models. LLM API calls we make to deliver your services run under each provider's API terms, which prohibit training on API data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Incident Response

If we ever confirm a data incident affecting you, we will notify you promptly, share what we know, and work with you to contain and remediate it.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small, vetted set of infrastructure and service providers. The current list, with each provider's role, is maintained in our Privacy Policy.

Accessibility

We target WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across our website and client portal. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, report it to logan@stoutintel.com and we'll address it.

Insurance

A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Business Continuity

Your work is built to survive independent of any one vendor — including us. Code lives in version control, and the accounts and platforms it runs on are owned and controlled by you. If our engagement ends, your systems keep running and your team retains full ownership and access.
