Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Stout Intel Agency (“Stout Intel,” “we,” “us”) builds AI operations and automation solutions for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
It applies to our website at stoutintel.com, our client portal, and the services we deliver to clients. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, deliver engagements, and operate our business:
- Website form submissions. Name, email, company, website, budget range, operational challenges or goals, team size, and timeline — provided when you fill out our intake or contact forms.
- Payment and deposit data. Handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Stout Intel does not store your full card numbers.
- Voice-agent interactions. Call transcripts and summaries generated when you speak with our voice agent, processed via ElevenLabs.
- Client-portal account data. Account, project, invoice, and messaging data stored in Supabase to run your portal experience.
- Email communications. Messages you send us and transactional email we send you, delivered via Resend.
How We Use It
- To respond to inquiries, schedule strategy sessions, and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, support, and improve the services you engage us for.
- To process deposits and payments through our payment processor.
- To operate your client portal, including account access, invoices, and messaging.
- To send transactional and service-related email.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Legal Basis
We process your information to perform a contract with you (delivering services you request), to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent. Stout Intel Agency is a sole proprietorship operated by Logan Stout, based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain client and project data for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward, so we can support your systems, honor warranties, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing logan@stoutintel.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
Mobile Application
The Stout Intel iOS app is a client of the same portal described above and is covered by this policy in full. It collects nothing beyond what the web portal collects, with one addition described next. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, your device provides an anonymous push token that we store and use for one purpose: alerting you about your own account, such as a reply to your message, a new invoice, or a booking confirmation. The token identifies a device, not a person, and it is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. It is deleted when you sign out, when you disable notifications, and when you delete your account.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app under More → Account → Delete account, or from the web portal. It requires typing DELETE to confirm. No email to us is required.
Deleted immediately and permanently: your login, profile and contact details, messages and their attachments, uploaded files, documents, deliverables, service requests, bookings (any upcoming session is cancelled first), community posts, comments, likes, member connections and direct messages, push device tokens, and email campaign and sequence enrollments. Files are removed from storage, not merely unlinked.
Retained after deletion, and why: invoices, payment records, and payment processor events are kept because tax and accounting law requires a business to retain records of money received. Your email address is also kept on any unsubscribe list you are on, because deleting that record would let us lawfully email you again, which is the opposite of what you asked for. Nothing retained is used to contact you or for marketing.
Third parties the app relies on: Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Apple Push Notification service via Expo (notification delivery), and Anthropic (AI assistant features). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Text Messages (SMS)
Stout Intel Agency sends text messages only to clients who explicitly opt in from inside their client portal. Opting in is a deliberate step: you add your mobile number to your profile, turn on SMS alerts, and confirm a disclosure describing exactly what you will receive. We record the date, time, and the wording you agreed to. We never text a number that has not completed that flow, and we never buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
Messages relate to your projects and account: replies from Logan in the portal message thread, invoice and payment notices, booking confirmations, and occasional updates about new features and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately, or HELP for assistance. You can also turn SMS alerts off at any time in your portal profile, which takes effect right away. Reply START to resume.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messages described above. We share data with our messaging carrier only to the extent required to transmit your messages, and text message content is never used to train AI models. Questions about SMS: logan@stoutintel.com.
AI & Model Data Use
Client and prospect data is not used to train third-party AI models. When we make LLM API calls to Anthropic, OpenAI, or ElevenLabs to deliver services, those calls are made under each provider's API terms, which prohibit training on data submitted through their APIs.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Third Parties & Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of reputable infrastructure and service providers to operate. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function:
- Vercel. Website and application hosting.
- Supabase. Database and authentication for the client portal.
- Resend. Transactional and service email delivery.
- Stripe. Payment and deposit processing.
- ElevenLabs. Voice-agent conversations, transcripts, and summaries.
- Anthropic (Claude) & OpenAI. LLM APIs used to deliver AI features and services.
Cookies & Analytics
We use only essential cookies required for the client portal and authentication to function. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site ad tracking on our site.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email logan@stoutintel.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
