What it is
A visual floor planner for a fulfillment space: lay out racking and zones, assign inventory to positions, and get the storage quantified so warehousing becomes a priced service instead of a favor.
How it works
The floor layout and the inventory records are the same data, so what is physically stored and what is billable never drift apart. Occupancy rolls up to the client level.
Development to deployment
Fulfillment programs lose money in the quietest way possible: product sits for two quarters and nobody charges for the space. Drawing the floor made that visible in about a day.
