What it is
A page per supplier holding what you actually know about them: what they are good at, minimums, decoration capabilities, how they have behaved on proofs and deadlines, and who you talk to. It updates itself from email traffic already flowing past you.
How it works
A research pass grades every claim by confidence and cites its source, so nothing enters the base as an unattributed rumor. A daily enrichment routine mines the inbox for supplier signals, including the promotional email most people delete, and appends dated entries to the right pages.
Development to deployment
The research pass caught me getting a major industry acquisition backwards, which is exactly why every claim now carries a confidence grade and a source. A supplier base you cannot audit is a supplier base you cannot trust.
