Supplier RFQ Engine

Client ask to supplier outbox in nine minutes.

Live, in daily useClaude skillGmail draftshouse format

What it is

A codified request-for-quote format plus the automation that fills it: labeled spec blocks, in-hands dates, decoration details, and shipping info, assembled from the client conversation.

How it works

The house RFQ format is a template with rules; the system extracts specs from the thread and drafts the supplier email for review. Consistency is the feature: suppliers answer complete asks faster.

Development to deployment

The format came first, extracted from my own best sent emails. The automation came second. The nine-minute run happened on a real order with a real deadline, which is the only benchmark that counts.

Value delivered

A real quote request went from client ask to supplier outbox in nine minutes, format included.
