Kitting & Fulfillment Suite

Price kitting from a rate card instead of a guess.

Live in productionNext.jsPython generatorsrate-card modeling

What it is

Four connected builds: a kit builder that produces clean manifests with SKUs, a kitting quote widget, a fulfillment rate-card generator, and a warehouse billing engine that quantifies client storage.

How it works

Kitting math gets codified once (touches, materials, labor bands) and reused everywhere. The billing engine reads the actual floor layout and inventory to compute what storage is worth.

Development to deployment

Started when a kitting quote took three people and two days. Each build in the suite closed one gap: the manifest, the price, the rate card, then the billing. Now the floor and the invoice agree with each other.

Value delivered

Kitting quotes stopped being a negotiation with my own memory; the warehouse can bill what the floor actually holds.
