What it is
A sender-scoped email agent: for explicitly armed contacts it drafts or sends replies in my voice, chases threads that go quiet, and escalates anything involving money, dates, or judgment.
How it works
Authority lives in code, not in the prompt: exact-address allowlists, per-day caps, turn budgets, a cancellable delay window on every autonomous send, quiet hours, expiry on every grant, and a kill switch checked before every action.
Development to deployment
Built cautiously on purpose: draft-only mode first, then confirmed sends, then narrow autonomy for explicitly armed senders. Every expansion of authority happened in code review, not in a prompt. It earns trust the same way an assistant would.
