What it is
Builds and maintains a client-specific promo marketing calendar: fiscal years, events, conferences, hiring seasons, all captured continuously instead of asked for every January.
How it works
AI research agents source candidate entries, every entry needs two independent sources to earn a row, and a routine re-verification pass flags anything that cannot be re-confirmed. An outreach-safety gate separates "true" from "safe to reference."
Development to deployment
Started as a spreadsheet I kept forgetting to update. The unlock was flipping the work: instead of me remembering to research clients, the system captures dates as they appear in email and only interrupts me when something needs a human call.
